West Yorkshire Police are looking to recruit a Processing Officer to join the Central Prosecution and Casualty Reduction Unit based at Dudley Hill, Bradford.
In this role you will provide an effective and efficient processing service for the Central Prosecution and Casualty Reduction Unit ensuring that the Organisation meets all objectives within its portfolio, maintaining output and adhering to Court deadlines.
As part of the role you will be required to access, input and extract data/information from the organisations computer systems and other departmental systems ensuring effective service delivery in accordance with the requirements of the section, force policy and legislation.
Eligible candidates will be able to demonstrate previous administrative experience preferably within a similar office environment, as well as a working knowledge of computer packages such as Microsoft Office.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team and have previous experience of working in a similar customer focussed and confidential environment.
In addition, you must be prepared to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the unit.
Please note: Applicants are required to sit and pass a data input/typing test and meet the required standard, this will be conducted on the day of the interview. Applicants who have applied in the last 6 months need not apply.
