The Regional Organised Crime Unit is looking to recruit a Training Officer to support the undercover operations teams on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2019.
This role is required to assist with the co-ordination and delivery of the undercover course, as well as mentoring and providing assistance with specialist support to those within the undercover environment. You will also assist with the drafting of guidance for officers and staff in the unit.
To be considered for this role you must be able to work within a multi-agency environment; previous training experience is also essential, along with proven experience in the field of undercover working, investigation and handling sensitive intelligence.
The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment, and must be able to successfully pass the relevant training courses.
