Expression of interest applications are invited from substantive Constables from Bradford District only who have completed their 2-year probationary period by the closing date of this advert for a forthcoming vacancy in the Bradford District Quality and Standards Department based at Trafalgar House Police Station.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a support function to Bradford District. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of number of work streams, which are guided by West Yorkshire Police’s People Ambition.

Key outputs for the role will include:

- Oversight of Quality of Service within Bradford District, including coordination of responses to the Victim’s Right to Review process, Service Recovery and Victim Satisfaction.
- Management and interrogation of data to ensure compliance in relation to NICHE, e-learning and mandatory training providing feedback where appropriate.
- Co-ordination and management of district functions including dashcam footage requests, Body worn video, WYP online submissions, statement masterclass requests and Operation Retail compliance.
- Co-ordination of Reward and Recognition submissions.
- Management and co-ordination of Airwave audits and compliance across the District.
- Coordination and facilitation of training and key events to support staff development.
Management of data relating to PDM rejections, CPS action plan completion and Evidence retention and disposal.

This is a diverse role with a variety of functions and opportunities, ideally suited to someone with the ability to translate ideas into actions. The post is pivotal in taking Bradford District forward in key areas with a focus on improving victim satisfaction and is a key opportunity for personal development.

The shift pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday 0800 x 1600 with opportunity to include some agile working.
