The company

West Yorkshire Police Estates Department is looking to appoint a Maintenance Officers to join their Estates team based in one of their West Yorkshire Police buildings. The key responsibilities will include carrying out inspections, planned maintenance tasks, decorations and repairs to buildings, fixtures, fittings, and other resources as directed. What will you need?

•Good working knowledge of Health and Safety working practices and compliance regulations
•Basic knowledge of Computer Packages I.e., Microsoft Office
•Hold a full and current UK/European driving license and the ability to pass the Police Driving Test – including Transit vans
•Physically capable to undertake the duties of the post which involves heavy lifting
