The role will be within Counter Terrorism Policing and will involve

• ordering equipment, stationery and consumables through Force systems, ensuring prompt delivery.
• ensuring invoices are accepted for payment.
• providing admin support including sorting and distributing mail, answering telephone enquiries.
• Reception cover and assisting with escorting visitors/contractors round the building.

What you’ll need:

• Basic knowledge of office systems and procedures
• Knowledge of and the ability to operate computer systems such as Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete training in the use of relevant Force computer systems.
