WYP Contact Management Centre are pleased to advertise a role as a Contact Duty Manager aligned to the Team 5 FSDR pattern, based at our eastern site at Force HQ.

We are keen to attract applications from police staff managers or supervisor who have an evidenced track record of:

-Managing a staffing profile in excess of 40 people across multiple functions
-Embracing a balance of support and accountability to first line managers over the performance and attendance of themselves and their teams
-Rising to the challenges of public demand for service, with an accountable record of delivering a high volume service to a high quality
-Making decisions rationally and quickly on matters of vulnerability and criticality
-Understanding essential technical provisions and contingency planning of a department

Following success at the initial assessment of your application form you will then be invited to an assessment that will include situational judgement tests and CVF-based interview questions.

The vacancy will close at at 1900hrs on Sunday the 26th of February.
