Business Support Assistant
Counter Terrorism Policing – North East (CTP NE)
Leeds

Are you looking for a new challenge within Counter Terrorism Policing, in a role which will allow you to learn about the structure of the Unit and future career paths which may be available? If so, we have a current opportunity.

About the role
**The post will involve**

• ordering equipment, stationery and consumables through Force systems, ensuring prompt delivery.
• ensuring invoices are accepted for payment.
• providing admin support including sorting and distributing mail, answering telephone enquiries.
• Reception cover and assisting with escorting visitors/contractors round the building.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
In order to meet the needs of the role, you must have

• Basic knowledge of office systems and procedures.
• Knowledge and ability to operate computer systems such as MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete training on relevant Force computer systems.
• Ability to travel round the Force area if required.
