We have a rare and exciting opportunity just for you, working within Counter Terrorism Policing as a Regional HR Advisor.

We want someone who enjoys working as part of team, but also has the self-motivation to work independently. No two days are the same in this role due to the diverse workforce and operational areas that we support, and you can expect to be dealing with the full spectrum of HR cases.

Is this you?

• Are you CIPD qualified to Level 5?
• Do you have proven experience of working within a HR function and a proven ability in applying employment legislation, advising managers on a diverse range of HR issues?
• Do you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal?
• Do you have previous experience advising on HR complex cases and providing people related advice and guidance to line managers and customers?
• Are you willing to travel locally, regionally and nationally?
