West Yorkshire Police is seeking an Estates Project and Change Manager to join our team and play a vital role in developing delivering and managing estates projects within our organisation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for driving improvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Estates Project and Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering multiple Estates projects, while leading construction focused improvements across the Estate. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving continuous improvement in our Estate management processes.

Requirements:

Construction Project and Change Management Skills:
- Can you juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope?
- Do you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential project risks?
- Are you experienced in working to a project methodology? Developing client scope of requirements aligned to standards and development of business cases to secure funding
- Have you successfully led Estate change initiatives and managed stakeholders throughout the change process?

Construction Knowledge:
- Have you successfully managed and delivered major construction projects from inception to completion within a complex organisation?
- Do you have experience of managing the NEC form of contracts?

Leadership and Collaboration:
- Can you motivate and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment?
- Do you have strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders?
- Can you influence and negotiate effectively to achieve project objectives?

Education and Experience:

- Do you have project management experience, preferably in a similar role within the public sector or law enforcement industry?
- Are you knowledgeable about relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices related to managing construction projects?
