Applications are invited from substantive Constables who have completed their 2 years probationary period at the closing date of this advert.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Diversion & Re-Offending Team at Headquarters, Wakefield. In this role you will provide project and administrative support. This includes collaboration opportunities with partner agencies to reduce reoffending and implement new ways of working. This role requires a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated person who will help the team to deliver in this area of business.

To be successful in this role you will need knowledge, experience and understanding of Out of Court Resolutions. This is a post funded by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and the successful applicant’s primary responsibility will be the administration of the Immediate Justice pilot which was launched in July 2023. It is essential that the successful applicant has knowledge and experience of research and project support work.

All applicants must have a valid PDR that meets the minimum required standard and must meet the Attendance Standard at closing date of this advert.
This is a 12-month secondment.
There is opportunity for some agile working.
