A vacancy has arisen in an established administration team providing an efficient, confidential, clerical, typing and reception service in support of the staff of the Occupational Health Unit.

The successful applicant will have basic knowledge of and ability to use a range of computer based packages including word- processing and Microsoft Office. You will be qualified to RSA II typing/word processing or equivalent and have previous clerical/administrative experience. You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and an appropriate level of personal discretion.

The ability to travel around the Force area is essential while knowledge of the Medical Records Act would be advantageous but is not essential.

If successful you will be subject to personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment.
