We are looking to recruit a Performance Analyst to join the Performance Review team.

In this exciting new role you will be working under supervision to support the work of the Force Contact Unit. Through analysis and evaluation, you will design, develop and interpret performance frameworks and measures enabling effective management decision making to improve productivity and performance within the Force Contact Unit.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a quantitative element or relevant experience in a related field and have experience and awareness of using statistical techniques and tools appropriate to performance management.

You will possess excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, highly numerate with a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving and have an awareness and understanding of the use of information technology and knowledge of appropriate tools, techniques and systems.

You must be prepared to work flexibly to suit the requirements of the department and be able and willing to travel for business purposes.

The successful candidate will be subject to vetting checks prior to appointment.

This is a full-time post (37 hours) which is based within the People Development Unit at Elland Road.

This post is suitable for job share. The application process will close at 23:55 hours on 20th September 2018.

The Performance Analyst role operates on a Career Progression Scheme (Scale 4 to Scale SO2 salary). Candidates who possess the requisite experience and knowledge of the advanced level Role Profiles Scale 5 to Scale SO2 may be considered eligible to start further along the progression scheme.
