West Yorkshire Police is looking to recruit a job share Duties Supervisor to join the Force Planning Unit based at Elland Road Police Station in Leeds.
In this role, you will supervise and monitor the production and maintenance of the duty rotas amending where necessary in accordance with legislation and policy requirement, to ensure that optimum staffing levels are maintained within each District in a cost effective manner.
Eligible candidates will have the ability to supervise a team and have proven experience in a clerical or administrative environment as well as a good working knowledge of computerised databases and spreadsheet packages. You must also be prepared to travel and work flexibly to suit business needs.
This post is a job share position, working 18.5 hours per week over Wednesday-Friday and Thursday-Friday alternately.
The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment.
