An opportunity has arisen for a Performance Research Officer to join the Force Performance Improvement Unit based in Wakefield.

In this role you will facilitate the provision of performance information and possess a research capability to support the Force, districts and departments in meeting performance targets and addressing performance issues.

The ideal candidate will be competent in the use of computerised systems such as Microsoft Office, including Excel, and will come with a proven ability to tailor research capabilities.

Additionally, you must be able to understand and interpret statistical performance information, including geographical representations and complex datasets. As a Performance Research Officer you will be required to work flexible hours at various locations to suit the requirements of the Force.

The successful candidate will be subject to personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment.
