An excellent opportunity has arisen to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terror Policing.

In this role you will perform the role of Receiver and or Document Reader within the Major Incident Room. This involves the supervision of all aspects of the MIR and Holmes system to CTP NE, the identified six Regional Forces and the National CT Network in the investigation of Counter Terrorism investigations.

You will perform the role of investigations/intelligence action manager within a Fusion cell activation within the National CT Network and perform the role of Tacit Clio Administrator to manage and support CT Investigations within this database.

In this role you will need to be a proven supervisor or can demonstrate the ability to supervise staff through experience and/or previous training. You will also be required to have proven investigative and/or research skills. You must further have the ability to pass a number of specialised IT courses required to perform the role.

You must also be flexible in terms of personal circumstances in respect of travelling to various locations within UK. This role does involve a rota working weekends, and you must be able to work outside force area if required on linked incidents.

Please note that the successful candidate will be subject to Enhanced and Developed level personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment. You must be a British citizen and eligible to hold a British passport to work in the CTP NE.
