Estates Services and Admin Supervisor

1 x permanent full time post (37 hours per week). This post is suitable for job share.

A new opportunity has arisen to join the Estates Department to essentially manage a professional, customer focussed Estates team who will be responsible for reporting and triaging reactive and planned maintenance tasks. The position will include the day to day supervision, monitoring and development of staff as well as ensuring that KPIs and SLAs for work orders are met.

The position will monitor the Estate's workflow management system to ensure progress on repairs is tracked and will be expected to make key decisions in relation to repair rectification. The position will also approve and issue performance reports and will also liaise with the external Estates Helpdesk Provider and our Contractors.

This role will ensure that operational officers and police staff receive service delivery consistent with Department Processes, Contractual Requirements and relevant Force Policies.

The role will also ensure the provision of an effective administration service to all sections and staff in the Estates Department as well as developing, monitoring and implementing processes which manage maintenance and facilities works across all operational sites and facilities.
