Are you an organised person looking for your next challenge working in our newly created Procurement team?
Your role would be to provide administrative support to the procurement team ensuring that accurate records are maintained and excellent customer service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Input, retrieve and present data accurately to support performance.
- Organise meetings including preparation and production of agenda’s, taking and compiling minutes.
- Lead the administration support to the procurement team.
- Provide administrative support including typing, diary management and room booking.
- Maintain a record management system.
- Managing customer enquiries and dealing with these appropriately.

Requirements:
- Ability to operate a range of computer databases including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of administrative processes.
- Experience of working in a office environment.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
