This role will be a 3 year fixed term contract.

This senior management role will require someone who is enthusiastic and will already have proven ability to innovate, lead, manage and develop their team.

A key manager you will report direct to the Assistant Chief Constable and be responsible for the strategic direction of Pol-Ed, developing and defining the national strategies and performance measures to ensure Pol-Ed meets the objectives for the police service in England and Wales and other key customers.

You will be responsible for overall responsibility for Pol-Ed’s content, including the provision of all other products and services. Having a flexible approach to work within a dynamic and changing environment, providing support to enable Pol-Ed to fulfil its objectives.

An ability to provide an effective Pol-Ed service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction both locally and nationally. With excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, you will be able to develop strategic partnerships across the education sector. Advising on all aspects of Pol-Ed’s educational, technical, and business service provision.

Additionally, you will have the ability to demonstrate responsible financial management through directing, managing, and monitoring the budget.
