Applications are invited for experienced Administrative Officers to join our Learning and Organisational Development Team based at Carr Gate Wakefield.

In this role, you will work as part of a Customer Service Team, providing a range of administrative support and reception services to all Learning and Organisational Development teams, delegates and other visitors.

The ideal candidates will have a basic knowledge of and ability to use computerised systems including Microsoft Office and previous experience within an administrative/ clerical role.

You will also have the ability to successfully complete training on relevant computerised systems and be willing to work varied hours to meet the needs of the department including staffing reception on a rota basis and be willing and able to travel for business purposes.
