This role will be a 3-year fixed term contract.

We are looking to recruit someone who is able to assist the Head of Pol-Ed on strategic direction and be responsible for business development and IT service delivery.

In this exciting role you will lead, manage and co-ordinate all of Pol-Ed’s national marketing activities to maintain Pol-Ed’s position in the marketplace, including identification of opportunities for expansion and/or greater efficiency.

You will be an integral part of creating effective national communication strategies across the Education, Children and Young Person’s sectors and will present relevant information to the Head of Pol-Ed as appropriate.

Responsible for 2 direct reports you will set and implement the objective and performance measures to be achieved. Managing and co-ordinating all Pol-Ed business activities, service level agreements and any other documentation as required.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working within a dynamic and changing environment, providing appropriate support were necessary.
