West Yorkshire Police are looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant to join our team.

The post holder will help provide an efficient and comprehensive customer services function to the assigned District/ Department in accordance with Financial Regulations and Force Policies.

The work is varied and will include the processing of overtime claims, raising requests for a variety of equipment and services, receipting cash and providing a comprehensive administrative function.

We are an enthusiastic and helpful team who take pride in providing a professional service for all our Police family colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, display great attention to detail and work well in a team environment.

Knowledge of office procedures, an ability to use computer systems such as Microsoft Office and a willingness to work in other posts or locations (within reason) are also important in this role.
