As we move into the implementation stage of a restructured Digital Policing function, West Yorkshire Police is looking to recruit a Digital Applications Support Analyst to join the new Digital Policing Directorate, based in Wakefield.

As part of a team, you will support and maintain systems and integrity of the data contained therein, to associated service levels of the managed applications.

You will participate in improvement initiatives, adoption and change control processes, as well as actively supporting all production functions, and providing advice and guidance on record and system management.

To be considered for this position, you must have a degree in computer studies or equivalent, or relevant experience of supporting operating systems and applications.

We are also looking for a candidate who can demonstrate their ability to contribute towards a production mind-set, who believes in the management of services for customers using facts and processes, and the primary importance of supporting their customers to do their jobs.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be willing and able to participate in a call-out rota, and the successful candidates will be subject to personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment.
