An opening has emerged for a Digital Service Desk Analyst to join the Digital Policing Team based at Bradford. In the role, you will provide first line support to West Yorkshire Police computer and communications system users facilitating the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact upon the customer within agreed service levels and Force and Departmental priorities.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of working within a Technical Service Desk or customer facing environment. In addition, there is an expectation that you will work flexible hours to suit the needs of the department, and have the ability to use a range of computer applications.

The successful candidate will be subject to personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment.
